Refund policy

ILORA Jewellery does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

However, if you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange. We will ship the replacement within 1-2 working days. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Important Guidelines:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any complaint.
  • The video must be continuous and uneditedβ€”any cut or pause will make the claim invalid.
  • Claims for damage or defects will not be accepted without an unboxing video.
  • The unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery via Instagram DM or WhatsApp. Contact details are available on our Contact Page.
